Quality Policy


  • To pursue a policy of continuous improvement in all the activities in which the company is engaged, and to meet and exceed customer expectations and satisfaction through a management style which demonstrates and encourages a total commitment to quality, cost and delivery in all tasks undertaken.

  • To ensure that all departments and their personnel know what has to be achieved to obtain customer satisfaction and meet customer expectations for their area of activity, and are fully involved in achieving and improving these goals.

  • To comply with applicable standards, specifications, statutory regulations and the environmental requirements of customers and society.

  • To ensure products, process waste materials and contaminants are safe to handle.

In order to meet the above policy Nu-Pro Limited will organise itself in such a way that the managerial, technical, administrative and human factors affecting the quality of its processes and service are under control.

This is achieved by total commitment to the provision of Quality Assurance and the establishment and maintenance of an effective and efficient Quality System, which meets the requirements of BS EN 9100: 2009(REV. C), ISO 9001: 2008 and Nadcap, and Non-Destructive Testing, and which is planned and developed in conjunction with which is planned and developed in conjunction with all management functions.

Quality improvement objectives will are set at least annually and reviewed by the management and documented within the management review meeting minutes.

In implementing this Quality Policy and Quality Management Systems we have taken risks into consideration to our business and customers.
